Home Inspection
A home inspection is a safety and quality assessment on a property that is going to be sold. The inspector examines the structural aspects of the home, heating and cooling systems, plumbing, electrical work, water and sewage to ensure they are all functioning properly. The overall condition of the property is also assessed for fire and safety issues, damages and anything else that can affect its value.

Private Utility Locating
Private utility locating service can be performed for the areas not covered by UDIG to document underground utilities on your property for an excavation project. A call to UDIG is still required by law. This service covers area not covered by UDIG.
Radon Testing
A radon test measures the levels of radon gas — an odorless radioactive gas — due to uranium breaking down within soil and water found present in the home. Radon gas seeps into the home through cracks in the foundation and contaminates the indoor air in your home. Inspectors can test the air inside your home using specialized devices that can detect and measure radon gas concentrations in a building. If radon levels are high, you can perform repairs and interventions to reduce those levels.

Well Water Flow Test
Well flow test is a specific test to calculate the amount of water that can be pumped from through a well water system into a home. It's important to gauge the maximum and minimum rate at which water can be safely pumped through the system. The calculation is measured by duration, flow rate, and well water level.
Water Testing
Water quality testing is a specialized but simple test that checks a home's water supply for contaminants and pollutants, such as chlorine, lead, and coliform bacteria. Testing can also reveal chemical imbalances of the pH, and other attributes, such as hardness. Testing ensures that the home's water is potable and safe for everyday use.
